We offer Professional Consultancy in:
Conducting Literacy needs Assessment surveys and designing Literacy programmes.
Developning district and sub-county literacy plans.
Designing Literacy and Basic Education Training programmes of Trainers and Local facilitators at National and Community levels.
Producing Basic Education curricula on specific themes like general functional literacy, Basic English for Adults, Adult Civic education, literacy for Local Skills
and Enterprise Development Family Basic Education.
Producing Basic Education training and learning such as training kits/ manuals, learner' packs, books etc.
Simplifying organisations' annual reports and other materials into easy to read english fo rnewly literate people
Rates (effective 1st July 2006)
Inside Uganda
Professional fees:- $150 (or its equivalent in Uganda shillings) per consultant.
Upkeep:- $27 (or its equivalent in Uganda shillings per consultant).
Transport is paid for by the organisation which seeks our services.
Outside Uganda
Professional fees:- $300 (or its equivalent in Uganda shillings) per consultant.
Upkeep:- $55 per consultant.
Transport is paid for by the organisation which seeks our services.
Training Courses
Are flexible, negotiated and based on the specific training needs of the organisation. We do not have a standard course
that can be offered in all situations and contexts.
